The history of Staff Match
Staff Match was founded in British Columbia in 2020, during the early days of the pandemic. The company leverages the extensive experience of its founder, who has over 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. As the pandemic began to strain the healthcare system in British Columbia, Staff Match recognized the need to support hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other businesses in the province.
With a focus on being part of the solution, Staff Match quickly developed strategies to provide short-term, medium-term, and long-term staffing solutions to help provide care to elderly patients in care facilities and hospitals. Additionally, the company contributed to maintaining sanitary conditions in these facilities. Staff Match’s passion for finding solutions and helping others has led to the company’s rapid growth and expansion into other industries and provinces.
Today, Staff Match serves over 100 clients throughout British Columbia and continues to expand its services with a commitment to helping the community.
